How much do you have?
And how do you manage to fit it all in your daily goal if you have a whole pint (which I know some of the guys on here do, lol)

Try Arctic Zero, ice cream made from Whey. It's 150 calories for the whole pint.0

I just take a scoop of chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder, ice, 10 oz. milk, and make a milkshake each day: 36 grams of protein. Sometimes, I'll add an ounce of almonds for another 7 grams of protein.
This way, I can feel good about filling that void in my life.0 -

I'm one of those pint-a-day guys. I eat a lot more than you, that's how I fit it in! When I'm eating less I'll go for the Breyer's slow churned (reduced fat)... if I'm eating a lot less (cutting hard) I'll dial it back to no sugar added / sugar free varities.
Breyer's blasts 2 cups (pint) = ~560 cals (I eat this when I'm at 3250+ daily)
Dreyer's Slow Churned pint = ~400 - 440 cals (I eat this when I'm at 2900 - 3150 daily)
Dreyer's No Sugar added / Sugar free pint = ~ 360 - 400 cals (This when I'm below 2900 daily)
When I was eating 1200 calories a day...I ate no ice cream. No room for it.0
