PCOS NSV!

I know I already shared one NSV this week.. but aside from the other one, I have one more...

I've had PCOS for many many years, and my sugar levels were through the roof.. my last tests my Insulin was 132 and Glucose was 117... in 2010 before my journey!


Today I got official results from the doctor...

after 2 years (tested in 2010) and 50lbs.. (ish) ...

Insulin level 18.5 NORMAL

Glucose 92 NORMAL

Thyroid 2.11 NORMAL


YOU CAN BEAT PCOS!!!!! Don't let it get you down!
