Having logged my food with a convert's zeal for a couple of weeks I discovered last night that I'd been logging 500 mls of whole milk as 200. Having smugly noted that I'd been under target almost every day I now realise I've actually been over!
Feeling furious at myself and deceptive packaging generally....

It happens. Now you know - just log correctly from now on and don't worry about the past. It likely wasn't a big enough calorie difference to matter that much anyway.0
