whole wheat or whole grain?

This may be a dumb question but can someone tell me what the difference between the two are?

Whole grain includes grains other than wheat. Depends on the bread what the grain is. Some have flax, oats, corn, rice, etc.0

I like whole grains because they often have flax and other forms of Omega 3s. A bit more food value in whole grains usually. We like to have whole wheat on hand too because the grain is finely ground and no seeds, etc. This we like for some things over the crunchy whole grain breads.0
