Changing before its too late

I want to loose 15 kilos in 3 months.. so quick right? well, I have my prom at the end of the year, I really want to loose this weight! Ive been pushing it to the next day and just ignoring it but now I want to really change for the better, not only because I want to look good but for the future. Im young and I want to loose this weight before its too late and holds my life in control! I would love some friends to help me through it and encourage me as I will also do the same in exchange.

    Eat every 3 hours...
    No more lunch or dinner.
    Small portions constantly... Its working for me.
  • Ive heard of the 30 day shred, Im actually planning to hold that for the last month before prom, and just do the best I can for now.. but I havent heard of the insanity workout?
  • Insanity is done by the same people who do P90X. It is a VERY intense workout! My husband and I tried it, it didn't really work for losing weight for us...we toned but no shift on the scales. We concluded that if your going to do any beachbody workouts (that's who P90X, Insanity, etc are done through) then you need to follow their eating program along with doing their recovery shakes and everything else. We just strictly did the workout and like I said no weight loss. I was doing Weight Watchers while we did Insanity so I was still eating healthy but I think there is a method to their eating program.

    I hope this helps a little bit. Definitely look into the program! I have heard great stories from people who did it, just unfortunately didn't work for hubby & I!
  • Exercise more, eat healthier lots of fruit and veg, eat less and within your calorie limit and dont put it off:) good luck:)
