the opposite of chocolate

I love dark chocolate - especially with ginger or chili peppers ......... I do not love exercise
I rationalize dark chocolate is good for me and find times to eat it ...... I rationalize why I don't have time for exercise
Chocolate is fabulous for my senses ..... Exercise makes my muscles ache
After chocolate I don't feel so great - or proud - or that it was necessary ....... After exercise I feel hopeful and sometimes proud.

If your looking for a sweet treat besides chocolate, try an apple and natural peanut butter. It's my new favorite snack after work.0
