Getting back on the horse...my story.

This is by no means a "success post." But I'd like to share, regardless. For the past month or so, I've been lazy. Not going to the gym, not exercising, eat under my cal limit, but not "good" foods. I've made a lot of statuses but they were all empty promises I made to not just everyone else, but also myself.
I want to help people. I want to be a personal trainer. My status last night said: "how am I to help others when I can't help myself?" A person on my friend's list named Cara pointed out that i should think about why I WANT to help others. Then reflect that onto myself. I know how unhappy I was (and am) at my former and current weight and I feel that no one should be unhappy with themselves. But I can't start helping others until I change myself. So this is me getting back on the horse. Getting back into healthy habits.
If I was the Kassie of last year, I would have quit. But now that I know what I want to do with my life, I'm prepare to do I have to to achieve it. This was my brief story about my success getting back into the swing of things. I know it isn't as inspiring as weight loss stories, but hopefully it will inspire someone who has fallen off the wagon.

Good for you
it's a totally selfless thing to want to truly help others, but you definitely need to take care of yourself first. Good luck!

(: I have my selfish reasons for losing weight, of course. And I need to take that into account as well0
