Hello everyone. I'm a new mommy who recently has started loosing steam. For 6 months I have been hitting the gym and eating pretty well... Then life kinda got the best of me and I caved. No gym, and the smorgasbord of junk food that was our weekend diet last week was the last straw. So I'm hoping me tracking my daily meals of 14 chocolate kisses, Applebee's left overs and 3 cups of coffee with a side of Tylenol and a Stacker will cause me to clean up my act. Good luck all.
