Hello,
I have been using Myfitnesspal for 8 days now. This is my first time on the full website and I wanted to say "Hi"

    I need the motivation also.....when i get food management under control i will be okay.I have a large library of motivational cassettes that keep positive thoughts flowing all the time.When you're feeling a little down i will be your cheerleader!
