I got this off of yahoo a few days ago, i wish i would have saved it, it had a few good snack ideas. I mixed a container of fat free vanilla yogurt w/ 1/2 cup plain canned pupmkin! Next time i am going to add cinnamon to it, but its really good and made me full!! This would be great post workout too!

Great idea! I bet adding a low fat graham cracker to it (either crumbled in the mix or used as a "dipper") would be good too!0

I did try this ... Mmmm .. I even added sum frozen blueberries to the mix and nuked it in the microwave !!0
