So, tell me all you know:bigsmile: :drinker: ! Anything about cardio, weight training, nutrition, fitness, ANYTHING! Post before and after pictures, give me recipies, come on people! Let it all out! (Also I could use some help! Feel free to check out my diary!)

    I guess it's hard to give you a generell answer if you don't have a specific question ;)

    I can tell you a little bit about my plan:
    - Eat everything (some things just in moderation).
    - Work out to eat more (yes, I eat most of my exercise calories back).
    - Don't drink calories (so I can eat more).
    - Don't stress about it (I can eat less tomorrow - maybe).

    Can you tell I love to eat? :bigsmile:
