Freeze pops. For some reason I became addicted to them last summer. I would have 2, then go back for 2 more, 2 more, 2more... when I finally started tracking how many I actually ate in a day and how many calories they were, I banned them from the house. Deep breaths.... Sweet freeze pops....

    PO-TA-TO-CHIPS.

In my house they take on a life form and call out my name. Cannot have them around.

My husband had a groupon for Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls! Watching them eat cinnamons rolls while I had my spinach smoothie was almost a deal breaker!

hold up are you telling me there's a cinnabon groupon?! Well I will be fasting for several days to fit that one in. Also that would be torture!

Pasta. It's so much quicker to prepare for a quick meal than a salad.

Chips... any kind... and chocolate, I will not keep any in the house... If I buy chips it's a small bag only, unless I have others in the house to eat it.

Bounty. If there's bounty in the house I'm eating it until there is no bounty in the house.

Anything sweet, and I do mean ANYthing, especially chocolate. Nom nom nom. There's so much of it in the house (I'm at my parent's right now) and I'm resisting it--I'll only indulge in a couple of pieces of extra dark 72% chocolate. I really need to start controlling my portion sizes when I eat chocolate--because there's no way I can give it up, I must learn to be satisfied with one or two pieces.
