Suggestions for a later/small "dinner"?

What's something you would eat this late that has at least 300 calories or so, but little to no protien, and feels like a meal (from things you'd probably already have in an average refrigerator/pantry? Had a full meal at 4:00, then exercised (and am starting to realize I'm hungry)... it's 8:45, I need to clean, still, and SHOULD eat about 2-300 more calories to keep my net above 1200. Thanks for suggestions!

    1 serving of quick oats (1/2c dry)
    a splash of milk
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 serving sf/ff jello chocolate pudding.

    ^mix all that shiz together.

    That should land you in the ballpark of 300-320 calories, it should taste like chocolate and peanut butter, and it should fill you up and make you nice and warm and you should think of yo boy sidesteal when you eat it.
