She has two dvds out. my friend bought them and said they are killer. She said that is great for all, especailly for those who workout from home. I one week she lost over 7 pounds, and she has done very little to her diet. You can get them at exercisetv.com

    It's half the price if you get them through Amazon.

    Thanks for the tip though. I'll put them on my netflix to try them out.
