I see that people keep on talking about Macro Nutrients, and i have no idea what those are. Are they highly important? And how do I calculate them?

Macros are macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates and fats. YES, they are important. A proper balance of them will help your body get the proper nutrients it needs. Micronutrients are things like vitamins and minerals....
