Tossed a pork roast in the crock pot this morning with some vegetables. Not the leanest protein but not too shabby.

I was getting so bored with the dishes I'd been making and there are a lot of good (and tasty ) recipes there!

I am going to make Italian pork chops and vinegar peppers with roasted potatoes - I have loin chops, boneless, and will brown them in evoo seasoned with some Sazonador Total and salt and pepper and serve them with the vinegar peppers over them and roasted potatoes tossed in evoo with seasonings.

Pan seared salmon, green giant healthy heart (pearled barley, sugar snap peas, and jullian carrots in an herb olive oil sauce- it's amazing!), steamed green beans and a nice glass of vino.
