Who *doesn't* track calories?

I find myself eating more when I do--maybe cos I keep thinking about food. Don't know why. Now I just focus on tracking fitness. Anyone else here who don't track calories? Or find that it doesn't work for you?

    Me! Whenever I track calories, I gain weight. :/ I think the focus on food is not good for me personally. I know some people that it is critical for, but for me it doesn't work. I prefer to pay attention to what I want to eat and stop when I am satisfied.

    I don't track calories, but I do stay mindful of how much I've eaten throughout the day.
