looking for friends; it's lonely here.

I have been on here for awhile, but have made no friends. I want to get serious about this, and I need some encouragement...even going to the gym alone gets lonely.

    Hi.. feel free to add me too, I've been doing MFP for a month maybe and I love it! It really makes me accountable for what I eat and the friends I have here are going thru the same thing I am..not like my "Facebook" friends!!! LOL Definitely more comfort here!! Just remember this is a lifestyle change..little steps, change one thing at a time and maybe that will be easier for you!! Good luck!!

    I joined this site on my own and would love to be part of a support group. I'm not sure how to add people? I have a lot to lose. At last weigh in, I was 45 kilos away from my goal weight. I have lost weight before, but put it on again. Up, down, up, down, up, down. I usually get triggered by stress, life events and sometimes, by progress photos (there was a notable case where the difference between one photo and another was 17.5kgs and I couldn't see a difference between the two - it was absolutely heartbreaking).

    I'm looking for people to swap stories and encouragement with. People with hints and tips on how to stay on track and motivated and people who I can help do the same on those bad/frustrating days that we all have.

I work out alone all the time, I don't go to a gym, my lifestyle does not allow it but I work out at home and keep the music loud or watch really good stuff while on my elliptical.... Stay positive and know you are not alone here!!
