just getting started and need a support group everyone I know say they want to lose weight as they are stuffing chicken wings in their mouth

    Hi there. Today is my first day. I need support too. My lovely husband has lost 14 pounds in two months but I have stayed the same, despite increasing my activity and decreasing my intake. However, I have just used the receipe tool and found out that my home made, low in fat, spaghettie bolognese, is in fact over 800 calories a serving! Need to rethink that recipe! I will help you if I can. I am 55 and weigh 262 pounds. I do have health issues which hold my weight loss back, but I refuse to give up. I lost a lot of weight 2 years ago and I am determined to do so again. Being fat sucks!

  • Hello, I've lost 2.9 kilos so far (2 before MFP). I'm trying to improve my diet, because I've got a joint problem then I can exercise a bit more. This weeks mission is new recipes for me. I'm able to support and motivate if anyone wants to be my friend :)! xx

    I agree being fat sucks, being almost 50 sucks to, one I can fix the other not so much lol. Don't let your husband bother you testosterone is a natural fat burner so once again the men have it easier. Looking forward to chatting and losing with you.

    LOL I know a few people like this. I have even asked a few of them to follow me around and eat what i eat. Now they eat 3 or 4 servings of everything, watch me eat my lunch and say they wish they had my willpower.
