I guess it's hard to give you a generell answer if you don't have a specific question
I can tell you a little bit about my plan:
- Eat everything (some things just in moderation).
- Work out to eat more (yes, I eat most of my exercise calories back).
- Don't drink calories (so I can eat more).
- Don't stress about it (I can eat less tomorrow - maybe).
