Turkey stuffing
Ingredients

16 oz package baby carrots
2 large raw onions
8 large celery stalks
1 Package Knorr's Dry vegetable soup mix
1.5 cups Kashi Vive graham & vanilla cereal
1.5 cups Kashi Good friends cereal
1 cup quick cooking Irish oatmeal (McCann's)
1/3 cup unprocessed bran(Quakers)
2 tablespoons milled flax seed(Hodgson Mill)
4 large muschrooms cut in cubes


Directions
In a large food processor add carrots, cut up onions and celery and process until smooth.
Simmer processed vegetables with the dry vegetable soup for 30 minutes. While simmering, process the dry cereals, oatmeal,bran and flax seed until fine, add to the saucepan with the cooked vegetables along with the raw mushrooms. Stuff the Turkey with the mixture or you can bake it in a baking dish covered with tinfoil in a 325 oven.
Makes 18 1/2cup servings of 68 calories
