How do I get out of this plateau?!

About a week ago, I got out of a plateau that lasted 3 weeks. I was so happy, because i had reached my first mini goal weight. I made sure all week i was on track and exercising. I only had one semi bad food day, and i exercised everyday except one day. (same day i had my semi bad food day) I was exercising hard, from anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours a day! And so i was so excited to get on my scale this morning, only to see that I GAINED 3 POUNDS. :sad:I dont know what to do, because i cant get out of this plateau and its making this so much more difficult! What am I doing wrong? How do i get out of it once and for all?:frown:

    You might want to watch your carbohydrate in take.

    100-150 grams Maintains weight
    80-100 grams Steady weight loss
    under 50 grams Quick weight loss
