Two years ago I had lost 35 lbs by daily walks and cutting out a lot of my bad food habits. I got married and within months I packed it back on. Mainly because my husband is skinny and can get anything whenever and not a gain an ounce so I picked up the same bad habit. Now we have a 5k a friend wanted us to take part in however the 5k is in 10 weeks so how do I go about losing 50 lbs in the next 10 weeks?! I been doing a 30 mins cardio workout inthe morning another 30 min work out in the after noon than walk jogging 4 miles at night plus drinking only water and watching everything I eat!!!

Why do you have to drop 50 lbs to do the 5K?

You dont need to lose 50lba to run 5k. Just lose as much as you can eating safely and run run run!

Then lose as much as you can dieting sensibly, run the 5k, and then after that continue your diet until you have reached your goal weight. It sound from your OP that you are exercising well, so you should expect to see some good loss in 5 weeks. Your rate of weight loss is going partly to depend on what your starting weight is.
