I kinda have a personal question and I hope it doesn't offend anyone...I'm:blushing: :blushing: just really curious. Does anyone know how many calories you burn.....um...having sex?

    I haven't tried wearing my heart rate monitor, it kind of spoils the spontaneity. I would venture to say that there are also levels of, shall I say, exertion? duration? I'm sorry, I suppose you'll have to estimate...Or google it.

    I actually read this once in a cosmo...but on average a half an hour is around 300 calories according to them!
