How much does beef shrink when cooked?

If I have a minute steak that weighs 5 oz raw, how much would it weigh when I cook it in the toaster oven?

    Uhm you use the pre-cooked weight to log it. And why are you toasting it? I wouldn't want that in my convection toaster oven either.

    I weigh all my meat when it is raw - and log it under that weight - most of what you lose when you cook it is moisture ( especially if the meat is lean to start with)
