Think I forgot What Feeling Satisfied Feels Like

Just finished dinner and I'm still fighting the urge to eat more. If I think about it, I'm not really hungry anymore-I'm satisfied, but I still want to eat more. It makes me realize that if I did eat more I would feel full and I know that's not healthy.

It's all about habits, and I guess eating past satisfied is one of my bad habits....working on changing that though!

    its funny you should mention it because I've been thinking about this a lot today... I don't think i'm really as hungry as i'm telling myself i am. I guess i'll be working on this too

    I'm having the same problem. I'm so used to eating until I'm stuffed. I am currently having to train myself to realize that full and stuffed are not the same thing.

    If this feeling gets too strong, try celery, carrot or pepper strips. It'll fool you body because you are eating, but it low in calories and very good for you. We never get enough vegetables. Good luck
