Hi! I read a lot of health magazines and websites but I am always looking for more recommendations. I learn a lot from them and they really remotivate me when I am getting off track... Some of the magazines I read are Prevention, Clean Eating, Health, Women's Health, Fitness, Self and Shape. A lot of the health resources on the internet, I learn about through Facebook. How about you?

I really love Clean Eating, which I think you mentioned because the recipes are easy and, well... clean! I also like pinterest for new ideas. Also YouTube has a lot to offer to look for things on there0

I use MyFitnessPal, of course. I also get daily updates from Eat This, Not That and have all the books. I read Self, Shape, and Women's Health. (I also read Lucky, Glamour, Cosmo, and People Style Watch, but they don't apply here LOL.) I get recipes and tips from Spark People, as well. I have found many great tips and recipes on Pinterest.0

My focus as been on a low carb, whole foods diet and I'm always interested in what these doctors/bloggers have to say. Mark's Daily Apple is probably the closest blog that writes info-y, magazine type articles I think and is updated daily:
