Hello. I was using the LS calorie tracker and was recommended to this one. Looking forward to seeing some progress. I was about 246 at the beginning of the month, so I already on my way. Working out 6x week and starting a 12 week training program on Sunday AUG 26th. Just need another week of gym time to help my body get past the shock phase that comes increasing activity so much.
