Hey,
So i was surfing the web the other day trying to find out the nutritional value of a snack in my lunch, when i stubbled across this... i checked it out for a few min and decided this looked like a great place to help me keep a better track of my eating, and exercise activities on a daily basis. About 9 months ago my g/f and i started counting points and it helped for a lil while, but than my weight just plateaued. Im hoping that with MFP i can regain my sense of direction on my path to being happy, and healthy. Thank you!!

I have only been on here for a few days but counted calories for a few months and I have had more motivation in the 2 days here then ever before...
