Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No - food; Yes, exercise

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 45 minutes on the Elliptical

What would I have done differently? Not snack so much!!!

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, elliptical and not eat all my exercise calories!!!!!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? A 25-minute run

    What would I have done differently? Eat something different for lunch.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and run for 35 minutes.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Conquered 3/4 of my stack of grading.

    What would I have done differently? Throw away the last of that candy.

    What is today's personal goals? Eat well, exercise, avoid or throw away (!) the candy.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to my kickboxing class even though I wasn't feeling well and had zero energy.

    What would I have done differently? I wouldn't have eaten that snack at 8:30 at night!

    What is today's personal goals? Work out, spread out my exercise calories so I don't try to pile them all on at dinner.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Exercised, drank my water, stayed in my goals. Lost 1 lbs

    What would I have done differently? Not take multi vitamin in between the soup and lunch. Then soup would have stayed where it was supposed to and i would have had lunch.

    What is today's personal goals? Exercised, drank my water, stayed in my goals. Lost weight

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I got through plyometrics on P90X

    What would I have done differently? Stretch more so I wont be so sore!

    What is today's personal goals? Get through day 6 of my work out and start tanning so Ill have a bronze body to show off when all this is over with!

    What would I have done differently? Pushed myself a little harder on the stair stepper and worked abs more

    What is today's personal goals? Work on abs and butt, do some yoga and stay under on my sodium intake.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No. Unexpected party with pizza and ice cream.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Even though I should not have had pizza and ice cream at least I didn't go overboard with it.

    What would I have done differently? Decline pizza and ice cream at a party. Exercise.

    What is today's personal goals? Eat light to make up for yesterday. Exercise. Drink more water.

    What would I have done differently? Worked out more

    Took Gil (my dog) for evening frisbee in thee park.

    Tried to fit in strength training.

    I shall not snack mindlessly at my desk when the 3pm slump hits. :yawn:

    Ah yes... the ole 3pm slump... it has been doing me in too :grumble:

    What would I have done differently? no french bread with butter with dinner

    What is today's personal goals? stay within calories, exercise (already did step at the Y for 60 minutes), get up every hour from my desk and walk some stairs

    What would I have done differently? Try and walk earlier and workout at home in the mornings before I go to work.

    What is today's personal goals? Keep it up and stay focused
