I keep having conflicting information regarding the calorie intake in Diet Coke & Coke Zero . . . .

How many calories are there in a bottle of Diet Coke ?
How many calories are there in a bottle of Coke Zero ?

According to their website in 500ml

Diet = 2 calories
Zero = 1.5 calories

What does it say on the bottles/can? Go with that!

You'd be far better ditching the fizzy drinks whatever their calories though..... They only serve to spike an insulin response and keep your sugar cravings active therefore making it harder for you to lose weight.

I'm sure he's not drinking it 24/7. Everything in moderation and all that, a can here and there isn't going to hurt or seriously impact anything.

A can is 1cal, 500ml is 2cal. Enjoy!
