Foods with protein

Hi,

I am a vegetarian (I eat dairy but no meat, fish or eggs). I am looking for protein-rich foods to eat. I eat pulses, etc. daily, but I am finding it difficult to meet my protein goals. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Quorn/meat-free alternatives. They do burgers, sausages, steaks, fillets, 'ham' style slices for sandwiches... loads of stuff.
    Tofu (never tried this, despite being veggie for 18 years!).
    Feta, Halloumi, Cheddar etc.
    Whey protein powder.

    one way to get you protein is a protein drink which i quiet like. trouble with substitute meats like quorn etc meals is they pack them with marinades to get better taste which ups the calories.

    Cottage Cheese is high in protein and low in fat. perfect :happy:
