What's your weekly exercise diary look like?

I wish I could excercise more but this is what I basically do per week.

Monday: jazzercise
Tuesday: 30 minute workout on you tube
Wednesday: jazzercise
Thursday : free day
Friday: 30 minute workout (sometimes)
Saturday: free day
Sunday : free day

Sometimes on my free day I go for a walk :)

    Usually 6 days a week of the 30 Day Shred (I put it in as 20 min of circuit training) with one day off and random walks with the dog or during my lunch break mixed in. I'm realizing I can do more though, and I'm starting P90X as soon as it arrives!

    At the moment mine is about 40 mins each of:

    swimming (1km)
    running (5km)
    gym cardio (elliptical, rowing, bike)
    plus 20-30 mins strength training on my gym day.

    I am trying to find suitable weights for 30-day shred though, and am planning on doing that on the days I don't do one of the above...plus going to do an extra strength training session per week when practical.

    Martial arts twice a week, plus a lot of walking every other weekend.

    Monday - Walking, Body conditioning, Aqua, Swimming, short gym session.
    Tuesday - Gym session (weights) and spinning and a short swim, walking.
    Wednesday - Aqua, gym, swim,walking.
    Thursday - Walking, short gym session, swimming.
    Friday - Gym, walking, swimming.
    Saturday - Gym, walking, swimming.
    Sunday - Walking.

    It may vary a bit dependant on work shifts, if I have my son with me etc etc, or simply on how I feel.

    The cardio may take the form of martial arts, cycling or general cross training.

    Rest day is 25th December where I'll probably just do 30 mins of weights.

    walking 30-40 minutes a day or more
    treadmill - 30 minutes 4-5 times a week
    circuit training at the gym 4-5 times a week,
    I do yoga every day at home for 20 minutes
    free weights for toning every other day - sets of 10-15, weights 3-8 pounds.

    At least 30-40 minutes of exercise every day. Early mornining: cable fitness exercise workouts, mid-morning - 1 mile walk daily.

    I am addicted to my classes! My schedule can be kind of wonky because I prefer to work out in the mornings.
