Hi everyone! I've been a memeber for a week or so, but I haven't really had time to explore the site. I am a 19 year old college sophomore, and I just want to concentrate on eating healthy and exercising while still maintaining good grades. Does anyone have any similar goals to me?

Just "starting" college again myself............and two years into my weight loss quest, I am finally happy with how I look day-to-day. I'd be glad to swap encouragement with you, feel free to add me if you'd like.

I'm a 20 year old college Junior. I've been here for over a year and I'm pretty much just maintaining :) But I'm always looking to support others like me - who decided the 2nd yr of college to take control of their lives! :)

I've been on MFP for about a week now and I'm also 20 years old and a junior in college. I'm an emotional eater and school can be stressful at times, so the pounds creeped up on me and every summer, I would work on losing it all by eating a low calorie diet, which never worked (I'd lose the weight and then gain it back plus a few). This time, I have decided that I'm going to lose weight the healthy way and keep it off for good. I can always use the motivation and I love to help motivate others so feel free to add me!
  • Hey,
I've been on MFP for a few months now, and am slowly working on weight loss. I'm 19 and going to be a junior in college. It really helps that I have my own apartment now, because I think one of the major problems was not having many healthy choices on campus. Friend me if you'd like and we can chat about it more!

I just graduated from college, but I'm starting a new job. I've been trying to lose 20 lbs for about a year, but never really worked at it. I'm hoping that with the new job, I can try a new lifestyle in terms of diet and exercise. Whereas you'll be balancing grades and being healthy, I'm going to try to do the same with working and being healthy. Good luck everyone!

Feel free to add me, I think the more support we can all have, the better we'll do!
