Homemade protein granola (pic)

Knowing granola and many cereals are high in sugar and other get-kids-hyper ingredients, I tried making my own this morning. I was kind of going from a recipe but as usual ended up veering off completely.
As with anything I make, things can be altered to suit. The calorie content may not be to everyones taste, but its loaded with yummy stuff.

Method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
In a bowl mix these dry ingredients:
150g Jumbo Porridge Oats
70g Vanilla whey powder
20g Desiccated Coconut, 20 g
10g Milled Flax seed
In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients:
2 Medium egg whites
20g Honey
100ml Hazelnut milk (or any milk)
Add wet to dry, combine and you will have a mix that is similar to flapjack goo.
Spread onto parchment paper on a tray and bake until it turns golden brown and is pretty firm
Break up into segments and blitz in a food processor until in a chunky yet crumbly fine (if that makes sense) mix that resembles cereal
Put back in the oven until nice and crunchy
My mix made 5 servings at
231 kcals 28g carbs 6g fat 16g protein 3g fiber
