ok so i am prepared to put about 14lbs on due to the weight of the baby placenta fluid etc but i dont want to gain any fat. what calorific intake do you suggest?
i work out 3 x per week for 1 hour a time and i was currently eating 1200 cals before i found out i was pregnant,
i am 5ft, 149lbs weight when pregnant has always been an uphill struggle for me.

I wish I had advice. I ended up over 200 pounds with my second pregnancy and if we decide for a 4th baby I am very intested to see what answers you receive. The only thing i have heard is that the baby takes what it needs and your body suffers if you are lacking. My friend had HUGE problems with her teeth from both her pregnancies because she should have had more calcium i guess.

Don't listen to any advice you get here and talk to your doctor!
