Bum, hips and thighs...

Hey!

I was just wondering what the best machines in the gym are in order to reduce bum, hip and thigh fat?! :explode:

    liposuction.that's the only way to spot reduce fat.

    besides that you just continue doing what you're doing to lose weight in general and your body will drop fat according to your genetics and body shape. so if you're genetically shaped like a pear, there's no way to genetically turn yourself into something else

    Lower body fat on women tends to be the most stubborn. I have found that deadlifts, walking lunges, and squats have really leaned me out down there. I would try this accompanied by a healthy diet.

    I wouldn't even recommend a machine for that. Just do a ton of squats and lunges. I liked Brazil Butt lift as a guide, but even without that basic squats with heavy weights will have your lower body burnin'!

    i would give a lot to be a pear shaped body! I have no *kitten* and narrow thighs and hips.

    I guess I would be a "rectangle" shape.

    Anyway - I love the leg curling machine. I do 5 minutes on that and my non-existent *kitten* actually looks/feels half decent.

    Lunges may suck but do wonders - also Roller Skating (Not Blading) but Quadskating is killer for legs, thighs and butts..
    when i started doing lunges i put the incline on the treadmill to the highest and on a slow speed do walking lunges. Its super hard at first but when you move to "Flat ground" they are super easy and then that way you can add weights or a ball.

    Quadskating is also hard to do but if you can get to skaitng 10miles a day you can really build muscle in those areas and appreciate what your have more :)

    I'm a pear too. I didn't even think about doing that! Such simple, yet solid advice.

    I havnt tried jillian micheal Killer Buns and Thighs(may be im missing some word from title) but everybody loves JM results it should give results

    Last oct i started a group with this program and it was supposed to start on 31 oct and i got to know about my pregnancy on 1 nov so i quitted but everybody on team had good results after this 6 weeks program
