    Way to go!! If my guesstimate math is correct, you've already lost 10% of your starting weight - that's fantastic! I didn't adopt a whole lot of the stuff I learned from Weight Watchers several years back, but the 10% goal apparently stuck with me, because I was really super proud of myself when I dropped my first 10% a few weeks ago. Keep up the good work! :)

    Way to go! Mini goals are absolutely the way to go. I have about 50 of them and I'm about half way through. It's not daunting when your next goal is in sight!

    Agreed - my next one is 0.4 lbs away and I just hit another one this morning! But then I don't think I have one in mind after that for another 40 lbs or so. :)

She smiles, curtseys and walks proudly and with dignity off the stage cradling her bouquets of flowers. She has earned them!
