What is your ultimate goal bmi? Curious to see what people have to say.

I'll Bite. My current goal is to get less than 35. After that 30, beyond thirty I will have to look at how I look and feel. I decided early on that I would not start weight training until I get below 34. I actually do track BMI, it is part of my spreadsheet I use for my daily weigh-in.0

I don't pay any attention to BMI and personally think it is a useless bit of information that misleads people. It simply does not take into account body frames and muscle mass and therefore doesn't give an accurate picture. It can tell one person they are overweight who had very little body fat and is in fantastic shape and can tell another person they are at a healthy weight when they have very little muscle mass at all and their weight is mainly fatty tissue and not healthy at all. BMI is useless.0
