Well, here I go again, I need alot of help. I've done them all and have had temporary results. I realize the word diet should be stricken from my vocabulary. "Lifestyle change" is what I will strive for. Good luck everyone.

  • Same here, I have done diet after diet and no diet for many many years and I always keep regaining. Definately it needs to be a lifestyle change.

    I don't even call it a lifestyle change. Even though it technically is a lifestyle change I find if I give it a special name I set myself up for failure. I'll beat myself up if I have a bad day ect. I told myself I need to track my food a minimum of 4 days a week so I could get used to it. There was no reason I couldn't do that. Turns out I've actually been tracking 6-7 days a week! Seeing the food and calories ect. in print really helps!
