what I should eat tonight...
I am going out to dinner and really want grilled chic hen, mashed potatoes with sautéed spinach....lol. But depending in you guys, it may just be a salad. Let me know. And I will ge having a glass of wine

Definitely a lean cut of meat! Need to up that protein.
Pretty much anything you can fit into your calories.0 -
If you have to ask, you already know the answer, why not have the salad with grilled chicken.( hen )? Good luck.0

The problem is, that when you go out to eat they have to make the food last... mashed potatoes may seem innocent enough but I checked our local diners and there's 1,300 mg of sodium o.x It depends on where you're going and how they prepare their food. I know I can go to simply turkey and get a salad under 600 calories, but if I go to TGIF it's almost 1,200.0

Not necessarily. I know it can seem that way. Ask the restaurant for their nutrition facts and decide based on that.0
