I just bought some natural brown rice and I'm not sure what kind of recipe I should do with it hahaha. Any ideas?

I just bought a ton of frozen veggies so if it has both of those in the recipe that would be awesome ;)

I like to stir-fry peppers and onions and mix that in with brown rice. (:

Bake some chicken breasts in the oven. Boil your rice. Steam some broccoli. Pan fry some tri-colored bell peppers cut into strips. Microwave 2 tbsp of reduced-sodium teriyaki. Cut up your chicken into bite sized pieces, mix around in a bowl with teriyaki. Put the rice on your plate and spread, add the chicken, broccoli, and finally top with your bell peppers. Very colorful plate and absolutely delicious.

Another recipe I've always called rice cereal, but it's usually called rice pudding. Boil your rice. Put in a cereal bowl, add 1/2 cup milk. Microwave bowl uncovered for 45s to 1 min until warm, if milk begins to boil stop immediately. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of sugar, mix around, add another 1/2 tsp and _do not mix_. Finally evenly sprinkle with cinnamon. People either absolutely love this recipe or hate it.

Tonight I used brown rice mixed with egg white to make a crust for a quiche. You mix 2 cups of the cooked rice with 1 egg white, press it into your pie pan and bake it at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Fill with the quiche recipe of your choice. (This is a Vitamix recipe.)
