Hello...again...

Hey everyone,
I started on this journey in 2009 while I was deployed and stayed with it for a while. However, it didn't last.That's why I say hello again.
I am re-motivated and energized to accomplish my goals, especially since I have had so many recent failures. I am active duty military and maintaining my fitness level is a condition of my employment....which could end if I don't get my act together.
I look forward to making new friends (please friend me, my friend count is zero
), gaining knowledge, finding inspiration and help when needed.
Another motivation is the fact that I just turned 29 and have 358 days until I turn 30 and don't want to be this same weight.
My stats: 5'5"
Heaviest weight: 194
Starting weight: 188
Current weight: 184
Goal weight: 130
