When do you eat?

A question asked more out of curiosity than anything....

For me:

7:00-7:30 - Breakfast
10:00-10:30 - Snack
12:30-1:00 - Lunch
2:30-3:00 - Snack
5:30-6:30 - Dinner
7:00-8:00 - Light snack (sometimes)
9:00-11:00 - Bed

I try not to snack after dinner but because I'm still nursing through the night, I really need the calories/energy. I also have to drink a LOT of water during the night. Some people have midnight snacks.... I have my midnight glasses of water.

    7am - Tea (green or peppermint)
    8 or 9:00 - Breakfast
    11:30 - Lunch
    2:30 - Snack
    5:30 - Dinner
    7:30 - Glass of wine
    9:00 - Tea (usually a Sleepy Time tea)

    That 2:30 snack seems to be my key to not going home and eating junk before dinner. Sometimes I'm not really hungry, but then I get home from work and I'm STARVING so I open up something awful like a bag of chips (like yesterday).

    Mine looks about like yours

    Breakfast 7-8am
    Morning snack 1030-11am
    Lunch 1215-1230ish
    Afternoon Snack 3pm
    Dinner 6-730pm
    Bed 10p-12a (depending on my day)

    Well I go to school so...

    6.30am - Breakfast
    10.30am - Morning Piece of Fruit
    12.10pm or 1.10pm - Lunch
    5.30pm - Light Snack (normally celery or carrots)
    7.00pm - Dinner
    9.00pm - Night Piece of Fruit and Bed

    I like having my snack and pieces of fruit between meals because I have something to look forward to that I can feel good about.

    Wake up at 6:30 am
    Breakfast at 7 (around 300 cals)
    Snack at 10 (if I'm up to it, 100 cals)
    Lunch at 12:30 (300-400 cals)
    Snack at 3 (100-200 cals)
    Dinner at 5:30-6 (500 cals)
    Sleep at midnight

    If I have cals leftover I'll eat another snack around 8, but this is rare!
    Oh and if I exercise it's either right after class around 12 or 3 pm in the afternoon.
