Activity Level help

Just a simple question hopefully. I work what I'd call 'normal hours' 9-5 Monday to Friday. Will the fact I don't work weekends affect my Activity Levels? I am generally less active on a weekend than Monday to Friday.

I personally don't think it is that important. If I were going from Level 4, Very Active to doing nothing at the weekends then that would be important. But I am currently down at Level 2, slightly active for my work. At weekends though I'm not as active as I am whilst at work. During this couple of months it is a slightly active job, but the rest of the year can be quite physical, maybe a level 3 active. I am happy to underestimate though than overestimate otherwise I might not get a fair calorie goal.0
