I just finished my annual health check. Was required to fill in a 4 day food log as part of the process. Last year my 4 days averaged 3,700 kcal per day. This time 3,300 kcal a day.
My name is Live290 and I am a foodaholic
Whilst doing my 4 days recording, someone mentioned this website. So I have decided to give it a go, starting on the day of the medical. The first few days have been educational. For example, previously, I'd have been happy to munch my way through a bag of salted cashew nuts, between lunch & dinner, banking about 1000 kcal in the process. Knowing what I should be eating and how much some of my snacks would have blown of my kcal budget has been a real behaviour changer.
I am committing myself to maintaing the food and exercise log for a month to see if I can re-educate myself from forty something years of poor food choices. Wish me luck.

I have to agree. In the past when I tracked my food I kept on my diet and lost more weight. Having this offered for free is a big plus and I for one appreciate its availability!0
