I'm about to finally start my Insanity journey and I am pretty scared to be honest!! Please help to motivate me, can I see your before and afters? I have piled on weight in the last few months and need to work hard to get it off!

Big thing for the insanity type workouts is eat right, fluids, and try to set it up at a time where nothing will interrupt you. It can be a pain to start and stop all the time. I did the P90x for about 1.5 months but had to stop for various reasons and i hated when i would start my workout then have to stop and take care of something, hard to get the groove back on. good luck and have a blast with it, make it fun.0
