    So, as some of you may know from my previous posts, I moved out, was struggling - blah blah blah. I'll call it a self-induced plateau because I was doing stupid *kitten* like eating everybodies chocolate birthday cake (yes, twice), and generally displaying a ridiculous lack of control. Well, I am more settled in now, on antidepressants and back on my game. I am now at 161lbs, which is just 1lb away from my mini goal of getting out of the 160s. I have just 13lbs (1lb less than a stone!) to go to my goal weight, and have lost 35lbs (2 stone, 7lbs - almost 2.5stone). I feel great and I love my body now.

    I am officially a size 12 (UK), by the way, down from an 18. I am slimmer than I have been in years and I am SO proud of myself. We can do it!
