Help!!

I need help and someone to kick my *kitten*!! First day back on track after being off for 1 horrible week of eating. I seem to do well in the beginning (the first couple of weeks) and then when i see progress i slack off! What is it with the self sabatoge? Anyone else seem to have this problem? What have you done to overcome it?

I have that same problem!! Force myself...try to remember the things I had changed to get that small bit of progress and that I have to continue to change to get that progress!! SUCKS some days! I know it will become routine soon...but 60 days later...and its still too easy for me to make an excuse not to do it! SO GET OUT THERE AND GET IT DONE! Exercise is our friend!0
