That's actually enough if you're just looking to condition them better. Maybe throw in some Russian Twists. But if you're working abs to get a slimmer waistline, that has more to do with calorie deficit.

I have several of the jillian micheals dvd, & i love her 6 week 6 pack, it's a great ab workout, I have notice a difference! it's pretty inexpensive to buy it's always worth a try. I personally get tired of listening to her, so i mute it , put in some head phones & off i go! lol Hope this helps! good luck!

Try Walk Away the Pounds for Abs -- Leslie Sansone

    3 Workouts on 1 DVD (1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile)

This workout uses a waist belt w/ hand stretch bands for arm exercises. Some DVD's may come with that belt. The belt gives you a better work out.

I am 57, and this workout is plenty for me.

The best ab workout I have ever done is Abs of Steel. I know it is a really old one but you can buy it on DVD from Walmart.com and have it shipped to the nearest store for free. I did this originally back in the 90's and I had a fabulous six pack. Tammy Lee Webb is the instructor and there are three ten minute routines each one a little harder than the next. You definitely have to look past the 90's hair and workout clothes. Actually funny to look at now. But, she gives the best instruction on proper form and breathing that I have ever heard on a video. I like to challenge myself and try to do all three routines. Haven't done it for a while I think you inspired me to break it out!

30 Day Shred works Lower abs and upper abs..... and if the cardio and strength are to hard on your knees you can just do the ab portion and do something else for cardio and strength
